Vegan French Toast
Ingredients
  • 2 slices of vegan bread
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Coconut oil for cooking

Steps
  1. Mix together the milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a shallow bowl.
  2. Dip each slice of bread into the mixture and let it sit for a few minutes.
  3. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add enough coconut oil to coat the bottom.
  4. Place the soaked bread slices onto the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve with desired toppings such as maple syrup or fresh fruits.
