Ingredients
1/2 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil

Steps
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, bell peppers, jalapeno peppers and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the cumin, chili powder, paprika and salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve with warm tortillas or rice.
