Ingredients
1/2 cup vegan butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups vegetable broth
4 cups vegan cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

Steps
In a medium saucepan, melt the vegan butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour until combined.
Whisk in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
Stir in the vegan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Meanwhile, cook macaroni according to package instructions.
Drain macaroni and add it to the cheese sauce. Stir to combine.
Serve warm.
