Vegan Cashew Cheeā€¦
Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Steps
  1. Soak the cashews in water for at least 2 hours.
  2. Drain and rinse the cashews and place them in a blender with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
  4. Serve warm or chilled.
