- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted vegan butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Add the melted vegan butter and sugar and mix together.
- Add the baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt and mix together.
- Add the all-purpose flour and mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
