Vegan Banana Bread
Ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted vegan butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add the melted vegan butter and sugar and mix together.
  4. Add the baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt and mix together.
  5. Add the all-purpose flour and mix until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
