Vegan Baked Beans
Ingredients
  • 1 can of kidney beans
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 can of butter beans
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (vegan if needed)

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook until softened.
  3. Add tomato paste, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine.
  4. Add beans and stir to combine. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Serve warm.
