Vegan BLT Sandwich
Ingredients
  • 2 slices of vegan bread
  • 1 teaspoon vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 2 slices of lettuce
  • 2 slices of vegan bacon

  1. Toast the vegan bread.
  2. Spread the mayonnaise on one side of each slice.
  3. On one slice, layer the tomatoes, lettuce, and bacon.
  4. Top with the other slice of bread and enjoy!
