Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container and place in freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.
