Vanilla Fudge
Ingredients
  • 2 cups of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 5 ounces of evaporated milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 12-ounce package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 7-ounce jar of marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add sugar, evaporated milk and salt. Stirring constantly, bring to a full rolling boil and boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla extract. Stir until mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour into a greased 8x8 inch pan. Let cool for about an hour.
  4. Cut into small squares and serve.
