- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
- Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
