Tzatziki Sauce Dip
Ingredients
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, garlic, dill and lemon juice.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
