- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, garlic, dill and lemon juice.
- Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
