Tzatziki Dip
Ingredients
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix until combined.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
