- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix until combined.
