Turkey Soup
Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth

Steps
  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add the olive oil and ground turkey. Cook until the turkey is no longer pink.
  2. Add in the onion, garlic and thyme. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the carrots and celery. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
