- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of turkey
- 1 slice of cheese
- 2 teaspoons butter
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Top with the turkey and cheese and then the other slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Slice in half and serve.
