Turkey Gravy
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup turkey or chicken stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Steps
  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the flour and whisk until a paste is formed.
  3. Slowly add the stock, whisking constantly until it thickens.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot.
