Turkey Chili
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps
  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook the turkey, onion and garlic until the turkey is no longer pink.
  2. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin and pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
