- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook the turkey, onion and garlic until the turkey is no longer pink.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin and pepper.
- Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
