Tuna Sushi Roll
Ingredients
  • 4 sheets of nori
  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, cut into strips
  • 2 ounces canned tuna, drained

Steps
  1. Lay one sheet of nori on a bamboo rolling mat.
  2. Spread 1/4 cup of sushi rice over the nori.
  3. Arrange the avocado and cucumber strips in a line across the center of the nori.
  4. Place 2 ounces of canned tuna on top of the vegetables.
  5. Roll up the sushi roll tightly and press to seal.
