- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 can tuna, drained and flaked
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked rice, tuna, green onions, mayonnaise and mustard.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix until evenly combined.
