Tuna Potato Salad
Ingredients
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cans tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, tuna, onion and celery.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and mustard.
  3. Add mayonnaise mixture to the large bowl and mix all ingredients until evenly coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
