- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cans tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, tuna, onion and celery.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and mustard.
- Add mayonnaise mixture to the large bowl and mix all ingredients until evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
