Tuna Melt
Ingredients
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices bread, toasted
  • 8 slices cheese

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly onto 4 slices of toast. Top each with a slice of cheese and another slice of toast.
  3. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
