Tuna Melt Cassero…
Ingredients
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 cups cooked noodles
  • 2 cans (6 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup shredded process American cheese

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the soup, milk, onion and butter.
  2. Stir in the noodles, tuna, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour into a greased 2-qt. baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
