Tuna & Avocado Sa…
Ingredients
  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup of red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup of celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup of cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, avocado, red onion, celery and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil and lime juice.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
