Ingredients
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut tomatoes in half.
  3. Lay tomatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until tomatoes are soft and lightly browned.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
