- 4 tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut tomatoes in half.
- Lay tomatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until tomatoes are soft and lightly browned.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
