- 2 large tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slice the tomatoes into wedges.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Place the tomato wedges in a bowl and pour the dressing over them. Toss to coat.
