Tomato Salad
Ingredients
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Slice the tomatoes into wedges.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. Place the tomato wedges in a bowl and pour the dressing over them. Toss to coat.
  4. Serve chilled.
