- 1 package extra-firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated or minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- Press the tofu for at least 15 minutes. Cut into cubes.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion, bell pepper and garlic and sauté until softened.
- Add the tofu cubes and ginger and cook until golden brown.
- Add the soy sauce or tamari and rice vinegar and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
