- 14 oz. firm tofu
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water. Crumble the tofu into a large bowl.
- Add nutritional yeast, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the bowl and mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the tofu mixture to the skillet and cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until lightly browned.
- Serve warm.
