Tofu Scramble
Ingredients
  • 14 oz. firm tofu
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps
  1. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water. Crumble the tofu into a large bowl.
  2. Add nutritional yeast, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the bowl and mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the tofu mixture to the skillet and cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until lightly browned.
  5. Serve warm.
