- 1 block extra firm tofu
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Drain the tofu and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Crumble the tofu into small pieces.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper.
- Add the crumbled tofu and mix until all of the spices are evenly distributed.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil.
- Once heated, add the seasoned tofu to the skillet and cook for about 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Serve with desired toppings in a bowl.
