Tofu Scramble Bow…
Ingredients
  • 1 block extra firm tofu
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps
  1. Drain the tofu and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Crumble the tofu into small pieces.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper.
  4. Add the crumbled tofu and mix until all of the spices are evenly distributed.
  5. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil.
  6. Once heated, add the seasoned tofu to the skillet and cook for about 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Serve with desired toppings in a bowl.
