- 1 block of tofu
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1/2 cup of diced onion
- 1/2 cup of diced carrots
- 1/2 cup of frozen peas
- 3 cups of cooked white rice
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Cut the tofu into cubes and fry in a pan with the sesame oil until golden brown.
- Add the onion and carrots to the pan and cook until softened.
- Add the frozen peas and cooked rice to the pan and mix everything together.
- Add the soy sauce and stir-fry for a few minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve hot.
