Tofu Fried Rice
Ingredients
  • 1 block of tofu
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup of diced onion
  • 1/2 cup of diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup of frozen peas
  • 3 cups of cooked white rice
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce

Steps
  1. Cut the tofu into cubes and fry in a pan with the sesame oil until golden brown.
  2. Add the onion and carrots to the pan and cook until softened.
  3. Add the frozen peas and cooked rice to the pan and mix everything together.
  4. Add the soy sauce and stir-fry for a few minutes until everything is heated through.
  5. Serve hot.
