Tofu Bacon Bits
Ingredients
  • 1 block extra-firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Cut the tofu into small cubes.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, maple syrup, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Spread the tofu cubes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Let cool before serving.
