Thin Crust Pizza …
Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water (110 degrees F)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar and yeast.
  2. Stir in the warm water and olive oil.
  3. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Punch down the dough and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Divide into two pieces.
  7. Roll each piece of dough into a 12-inch circle.
  8. Transfer to greased pizza pans or baking sheets. Top with desired toppings and bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
