Ingredients
  • 1 lb. beef, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon red curry paste
  • 1 can (14 oz.) coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Steps
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  2. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in curry paste and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add coconut milk, fish sauce, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until beef is cooked through.
  6. Serve with rice or noodles.
