Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
  • 3 cups vegetable broth

Steps
  1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, and chili garlic sauce.
  4. Add the broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with your favorite noodles.
