Thai Noodle Bowl
Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb thin rice noodles
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Steps
  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, fish sauce, lime juice and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
  4. Add cooked noodles and stir to coat with the sauce.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
