- 1/2 lb thin rice noodles
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, fish sauce, lime juice and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
- Add cooked noodles and stir to coat with the sauce.
- Serve hot or cold.
