- 1 large mango, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup julienne cut carrots
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- In a medium bowl, combine the mango, carrots, red onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt.
