Thai Mango Salad
Ingredients
  • 1 large mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup julienne cut carrots
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mango, carrots, red onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt.
  2. Mix well to combine.
  3. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
