Thai Fried Rice
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 3 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Steps
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add the bell pepper, peas and carrots and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the fish sauce, soy sauce and sugar. Stir to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
