Thai Basil Salad
Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
