Thai Basil Chicken
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Steps
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce and brown sugar. Stir to combine and cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 more minutes.
  3. Stir in the basil leaves and remove from heat.
  4. Serve with steamed rice.
