Thai Basil Chickeā€¦
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 cups fresh basil leaves, torn into pieces

Steps
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add basil leaves; toss to combine. Cook for 2 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve hot.
