- 2-3 lb. brisket
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Place brisket in a roasting pan.
- Mix Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and black pepper in a small bowl and rub onto the brisket.
- Cover the roasting pan with foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.
