- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- In a medium saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic and ginger.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Use as desired.
