- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cups cooked rice
- In a medium bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic powder and ground ginger.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add bell peppers and onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in the teriyaki sauce mixture and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice.
